RULES

 

In order to make the lease safe and fair for all concerned – a few simple rules are necessary.

 

1)      Leave all gates as you find them. Make special effort to snap latch back into chain if gate is closed.

2)      Do Not throw trash down on the property. Trash cans will be placed at the campsite – USE THEM!

3)      Hunters must comply with all Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife regulations regarding limits, methods, licenses, and equipment.

4)      Do Not hunt across perimeter fences or cross fences to retrieve downed game without clearing it with us first.

5)      Do Not drive anywhere except on established roads or rights of way clearings.  You may drive to pick up downed game if soil conditions allow.

6)      NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on the property – NO EXCEPTIONS – don’t ask!

7)      NO artifacts may be taken – please leave them where you find them.

8)      NO fires permitted except in area provided at campsite.

9)      Absolutely NO smoking in or near stands, feeders, or in bunkhouse.

10)  NO drawlocking devices or crossbows. (Exception for handicap)

11)  NO Firearms on the property.

12)  Bucks must be 8 points or better with a minimum 16” inside spread, or a spike buck.  A $500 kill fee may be imposed on bucks taken that do not meet these minimum standards.
